Domestic Shipping (Indonesia)
We ship all across Indonesia using trusted courier services such as JNE, J&T, or Sicepat.
Estimated delivery time:
Jabodetabek (Greater Jakarta): 1–3 business days
Outside Jabodetabek: 3–7 business days
Outside Pulau Jawa : 5–10 business days
Tracking numbers will be sent via email within 24 hours after your order has been confirmed and processed.
Orders are processed on business days (Monday to Friday). Orders placed outside of business hours will be processed the next working day.
Instant Courier (Jakarta Area Only)
For urgent orders, we offer instant delivery via Gojek/Grab (GoSend/GrabExpress).
Available for Jakarta and surrounding areas, and requires prior confirmation with our admin.

Instant delivery fees are covered by the customer and paid separately or added to the total invoice.
International Shipping
We offer worldwide shipping via reliable courier services such as DHL, FedEx, or EMS Pos Indonesia.

Shipping fees are calculated manually based on:

Chosen courier service (standard or express)

Return & Exchange Policy

Eligibility for Return & Exchange
Returns or exchanges must be requested within 7 calendar days from the date the product is received.
Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging with tags attached.
